GMP Class 10,000 Cleanroom

Excellent Cleanliness Standards

The workshop is strictly operated in accordance with GMP Class 10,000 (ISO Class 7) standards. In the core filling area, the number of particles ≥ 0.5 μm per cubic foot is controlled to ≤ 10,000, far below industry standards. The workshop is equipped with high-efficiency filtration systems, regular cleaning and disinfection procedures, and strict personnel access management. Air quality is tested regularly to ensure a consistently clean and stable environment within the workshop.

Strict Microbiological Control

Positive pressure airflow (with a pressure difference of ≥ 10 Pa between the clean area and adjacent lower-grade areas) combined with FFU high-efficiency filtration effectively blocks carriers of bacteria, mold, and other microorganisms. The workshop walls are made of 304 stainless steel, and the floor uses polyurethane mortar. All joints are rounded and sealed to prevent water accumulation, dust buildup, and microbial growth. The CIP (Clean-in-Place) system automatically performs chemical disinfection on pipelines and floors on a regular basis, keeping the airborne viable particle count in the workshop ≤ 100 CFU/m³ and the settling plate count ≤ 3 CFU/plate. These measures meet the stringent microbial control requirements for condiments and provide a robust foundation for "clean label" products.
